I am Maria Cooper-Gomes, Energy Healing Expert, Reiki Master, Access Bars® Facilitator and Holistic Therapist. I started my healing journey over 25 years ago when I learned Reiki 1, which changed my life & opened the door for me to explore the power and magic of energy healing. I have also studied counselling and have 15 years of experience of working in the social care sector, which gives me excellent insight and skills when facilitating change.
It is through my own healing journey that I know change is fully possible. You will understand how much so when you read my story. My journey teamed with the combination of work experience, skills and training gives me the perfect balance of knowledge, wisdom, compassion, empathy, understanding and insight into transformational work. Therefore, I am equipped to guide, support and navigate others through their own journey of Healing, Empowerment and Freedom.

There are 32 unique points known as Access Bars® on the head that relate to different areas and aspects of your life including money, health, relationships, creativity, hopes and dreams.
By placing my hands on these points during a tailored 1-2-1 treatment, the Access Bars® will release the electromagnetic charge of all limiting beliefs, thoughts, feelings and attitudes relating to these areas.
REIKI HEALING TREATMENTS
Reiki is a relaxing, nurturing and peaceful treatment that restores, balances and heals your mind, body and soul. As your mind and body relax it allows you to gently experience and release negative, uncomfortable emotions, thoughts and stuck energy.
Available as either Face to Face Reiki sessions or Distant Reiki sessions. Prior to all treatments I offer a free no obligation 30 minute phone consultation to all new clients.
ACCESS ENERGETIC FACELIFT™

ACCESS BARS® CLASSES LONDON
Fully certified one day professional classes that are easy to learn. This is a transformative process and a game changer where you will learn tools and techniques to help you and others change self-limiting beliefs.
Anyone can learn at my Access Bars® Classes, no previous experience is necessary. They are perfect for well-being practitioners who want to add to their practice or individuals looking for change.
REIKI 1 CLASS
Learning Reiki is a journey of self-love and spiritual awakening, everyone can learn, all you need is an open mind and heart. No previous experience is necessary for this excellent introduction to energy healing.
My classes are a great way to learn a self-help tool that will empower you to take care of all aspects of your wellbeing and help others to do the same. You can use it to enhance your existing professional practice (nursing, hairdressing, beauty, yoga etc).
REIKI 2 CLASS
Reiki 2 will deepen your connection to the loving Reiki energy. It will increase your intuition and your ability to understand at a much deeper level, which will lead you to a path of self-discovery and inner fulfilment.
When working with people you will be able to connect through this deeper level which helps you to understand and support your clients. You will need to have completed Reiki 1 with a Reiki Master.
REIKI MASTER TEACHER TRAINING
When embarking on the higher level of training you need to be fully committed. Your connection to yourself and humanity will deepen which will naturally bring changes to the way you think and act. This level of training will also accelerate your spirituality.
